Newbanks to Wed Benz
Jeff and Patty Newbanks, Kansas City, announce the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Newbanks, to Colby Benz, son of Mike and Cindy Benz, Washington.
Amanda is a 2006 graduate of St. Francis Borgia Regional High School and a 2010 graduate of Maryville University. She is employed by St. Clare Catholic School as a preschool teacher.
Colby is a 2006 graduate of Washington High School. He is employed by Jasper Quality Construction.
The couple plan an Oct. 20, 2012, wedding at St. John the Baptist Church in Villa Ridge.
