Elizabeth Ann Mullen, Union, and Thomas Larry Frank, Festus, were united in marriage Sept. 15, 2012, at Immaculate Conception Church, Union. The Rev. Kevin Schmittgens officiated at the ceremony.

Bride’s parents are Alan and Joyce Mullen, Union. Groom’s parents are Thomas and JoAnn Frank, Festus.

The bride was given in marriage by her parents.

Serving as matron of honor was Teresa Huxel, Union. Bridesmaids were Carrie Sickmann, Washington, Amber Giffin, St. Peters, Kate Frayne, O’Fallon, Jamie Mullen, Chicago, Ill., Staci Frank and Alisha Frank, both of Festus, and Jessica Ruether, Washington.

Best man was Terry Frank, Festus. Groomsmen were Terry Schultz, Chesterfield, Pete Boyer, Ballwin, Matt Austin, St. Louis, Chris Mitchell, De Soto, Lanny Boyer, Wheat Ridge, Colo., Adam Mullen, Chicago, Ill., and Matt Cook, St. Louis.

Flower girl was Gianna Huxel, Union. Ring bearer was Jackson Frank, Festus.

Music for the ceremony was provided by Terry Lanwermeyer, Mary Ann Kluesner and Katie Alexander.

A cocktails, dinner and dance reception was held at Schmittgens Hall at St. Joseph-Neier in Union. Music/entertainment was provided by Arch DJ of St. Louis.

The bride is employed as a registered nurse at Mercy Hospital St. Louis, Creve Coeur. The groom is a senior project designer at Code Consultants Inc., a fire protection engineering firm.

After a wedding trip to Hawaii, the couple reside in Festus.
