Jill Suzanne Bolzenius and Jamie Roy Geoppo, both of St. Louis, were united in marriage Dec. 28, 2012, at St. Joseph’s-Neier Catholic Church. Father Kevin Schmittgens officiated at the 4:30 p.m. ceremony.
Bride’s parents are Val and Brenda Bolzenius. Groom’s parents are Gerry and Barb Geoppo.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents.
Serving as matrons of honor were Christy Machelett, Beaufort, and Tonya Hall, Union. Bridesmaids were Kati Geoppo, Belleville, Ill., Erica Rogers, Shanna Brinker and Monica Lawrence, all of Union.
Best men were Kris and Ryan Geoppo, Waterloo, Ill. Groomsmen were Mike Kettler, Columbia, Ill., Trevor Gahn, Jake Gibbs, both of Waterloo, Ill., and Rick Yoch, Belleville, Ill.
Flower girls were Macey Machelett, Beaufort, and Lilly Wiskur, Union. Ring bearer was Noah Geoppo, Waterloo, Ill.
Ushers were Jeff Krampf, Idaho state, Payton Yoch, Belleville, Ill., and Shane Sturm, Beaufort.
Candlelighters were Whitney Livengood, Washington, and Megan Julius, Union.
Music for the ceremony was provided by Steve Leslie, Missy Nobel and Melanie Bush.
A reception was held at St. Joseph’s-Neier Parish Hall, Union. Music/entertainment was provided by Joe Truttmann and Ron Wooley Band, CR Sound.
The bride is a 2004 graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is an interior designer and owner of JSB Designs.
The groom is a graduate of McKendree College, Lebanon, Ill. He is part owner in his family’s restaurant, Papa Vito’s, Belleville, Ill.
After a wedding trip to St. John’s, U.S. Virgin Islands, the couple reside in St. Louis.
