Amanda Renae Shores and Scott David Riegel, both of Leslie, were united in marriage May 5, 2012, at St. John’s-Gildehaus Church, Villa Ridge. Father Jim French officiated at the ceremony.

Bride’s parents are James and Cynthia Yowell, Berger. Groom’s parents are David and Rebecca Riegel, Washington.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Serving as matron of honor was Paula Riegel, and maid of honor was Courtney Yowell. Bridesmaids were Rene Bennett, Alicia Struckhoff and Nichole Bliss.

Best man was David Riegel. Groomsmen were Ben Hagen, Adam Bennett, Chris Shores and Ryan Bennett.

A reception was held at the Washington Elks Hall.

The bride graduated from St. Francis Borgia Regional High School in 2007. She is employed by Enduro Binders.

The groom graduated from Washington High School in 2004 and from Ranken Technical College in 2006. He is employed by Melton Machine and Control Co.

After a wedding trip to St. Lucia, the couple reside in Leslie.
