Ed and Bonnie Foley, White Hall, Ill., announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Brittney Foley, Sparta, Ill. to Robert Jasper, Sparta Ill., son of Jerry and Roxann Jasper, Washington.

Brittney graduated from North Greene High School, White Hall, Ill., in 2006 and from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville in 2010. She is employed as a kindergarten teacher at Sparta Primary Attendance Center, Sparta, Ill.

Robert graduated from St. Francis Borgia Regional High School in 1999 and Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville in 2007. He is employed as a music director at Sparta High School, Sparta, Ill.

The couple plan a Nov. 10, 2012, wedding at St. Francis Borgia Parish, Washington.
