Country music duo, Big & Rich, will now be the headliner act this Friday, Aug. 4 at the Washington Town & Country Fair.
Lynyrd Skynyrd canceled their Friday night show Thursday due to an “unforeseen medical emergency,” according to Fair organizers.
Big & Rich will be performing at 8:30 p.m. on the Main Stage and are expected to bring “a high energy show.”
The country music duo composed of Big Kenny and John Rich, both of whom are songwriters, vocalists, and guitarists. They have released a number of hits, including “Save a Horse (Ride a Cowboy)”, “Holy Water,” “Never Mind Me,” and their number one single, “Lost In This Moment.”
Other headliners at the 2017 Fair include 7eventh Time Down, Granger Smith feat. Earl Dibbles Jr., Lonestar, George Thorogood & the Destroyers – Rock Party Tour, and Brothers Osborne.
