Labadie Station’s Outdoor Concert series will be hosting yet another fabulous evening of Bluegrass music Saturday July 21st as Bull Harman & Bulls Eye takes the stage.
Bull Harman an outstanding musician and preservationist of the bluegrass tradition, leads this amazing group of musicians. A strong rhythm and lead acoustic guitar player yet with enough individuality to make him unique in a style all of his own would best describe Bull Harman. Raised in a family that cen-tered on bluegrass, Bull began playing the guitar at the age of 12 and along with his sister Lori on bass and his brother Mike on banjo they formed "The Harman Trio". Bull has traveled with his family for the past 25 years, performances include several appearances on the Grand Ole Opry, Ernest Tubb's Mid-night Jamboree, Nashville's Famous Station Inn, IBMA Awards Show, Silver Dollar City and numerous festivals and fairs from Florida to Colorado. Bull & his wife Tammy are driving forces behind Missouri Ar-ea Bluegrass Committee and the numerous festivals held year round.
Bull's quick humor and wittiness make him an entertaining center head while his “Bulleye” is made up of some of the Midwest’s most talented musicians; Tammy Harman, Hall Cottrell & Steve Cox. Their deep rooted ties to Bluegrass are sure to entertain and inspire.
Bull Harman & Bullseye will take the stage Saturday evening July 21st at 6pm (gate opens at 5pm) Bring your chairs or blankets and picnic baskets and coolers are welcomed. Tickets are $10 a person, chil-dren 12 and under free and advance tickets can be purchased at the Labadie Station Art & Antique Shop at 128 Front St. Labadie, just a short drive out HWY 44 from St Louis.
