Children’s Factory in Union, Mo., is now hiring for a Lead. Must have
exceptional leadership skills.
Duties include, but are not limited to, accomplishing manufacturing staff
results by communicating job expectations; monitoring and appraising
job results; coaching and counseling employees; initiating, coordinating
and enforcing systems, policies and procedures.
Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on production
spreadsheets.
Analyzing production performance records and data, answering questions and responding to requests.
Motivating members of the team to harness their potentials and work
harder for the execution of projects.
Monitor team members in the course of their work and ensure that they comply with the standards of operations obtainable in the establishment.
Have exceptional time management skills, a sense of accountability for results, computer skills and proficient in Word and Excel. 2 years’ minimum
manufacturing skills and previous leadership experience preferred.
