Loan Documenter

We are seeking a motivated Loan Documenter candidate who is willing to learn and go beyond the
requirements of the position. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to improve our business
and will demonstrate the initiative to become a part of our success. Through the ability to contribute

Essential Responsibilities:
• Prepare loan documents and pre-disclosures for all bank loans, commercial and consumer,
including all renewals, extensions and modifications through Compliance One programs.
• Conduct loan audit review of all in-house loan documentation for accuracy,
compliance and required approvals before the closing of the loan.
• Prepare loan documents and attain information necessary for closing loan
and conveying it to the internal or external sources as required.
• Interact with title, insurance companies, coordinators, loan officers and customers.
• Knowledge of FNMA, USDA, Commercial and Consumer loans.
• Process denied loan applications and prepare adverse action notices.
• Answer phone requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Complete loan fundings and forward documentation to servicing department for data entry.
• Support manager with projects as they arise.
Basic Qualifications:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while
delivering the highest levels of customer service.
• Prior experience in mortgage, commercial and/or consumer loan documenting a plus.
• Experience with Fiserv Premier, Wolters Kluwer Compliance One, and Microsoft Word,
Excel and Outlook preferred.
• Proven skills that demonstrate a goal-oriented and organized individual.
• Attention to detail and accuracy a must.
