Full-time position for local commercial construction company.
This person will handle accounts payable and receivable, as well as
payroll, insurance and benefits. Will answer phones and communicate
with contractors along with other related assignments.

• Computer skills; Microsoft Office;
ability to quickly learn new software
• Effectively communicate in both verbal and written forms
• Problem solve and critically think
• Detail-oriented; able to work independently; highly organized
• Dependable and reliable
• Ability to handle various projects at one time; prioritize;
handle confidential information; work within deadlines
• Professionalism working with clients and employees
• High school education required; college preferred
• Notary is preferred or willingness to obtain
• Non-smoking office
