DynaQuip Controls, a manufacturer of automated and manual valves and fluid control products has an
immediate opening for a Customer Service Team Member reporting to the Customer Service Manager.
The individual in this position will be responsible for total customer care including:
• Handling incoming calls and correspondence from customers.
• Providing solutions to customer inquiries regarding technical help and product selection based on
application information.
• Entering and expediting customer orders for products and services.
• Contacting customers via telephone to promote new ideas and products.
• Handling requests for pricing and delivery using a standard ERP system.
• Responding to customer concerns, needs and expectations, and notifying team management.
• Accessing, updating, and maintaining customer records using customer management software.
• Additional clerical and creative duties to assist sales, service and marketing groups.
Applicants for this position will possess the following skills:
• Extensive customer care-related background and experience.
• Outgoing personality and welcoming phone personality.
• A strong desire to listen, support, assist and learn on the fly.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate technical product specification to business to business and retail customers.
• Maintain a high level of detail while performing simultaneous duties.
• The ability to quickly analyze customer concerns and to take the appropriate action to ensure total
customer satisfaction.
• Excellent oral and written skills are a must!
• Comfortable working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• The ability to work closely in a team environment with diverse groups of people, including retail customers, industrial purchasing departments, company team members at all levels and owners.
Qualified candidates should possess an associate’s degree in Business, however, a high school diploma or
GED and 3 or more years of experience in a customer service/sales support position or related field will
be considered.
