The Bank of Washington is seeking motivated candidates to fulfill the position of Credit Analyst.
Interpreting financial statements and maintaining accuracy is vital to high performance. The Credit
Analyst will work closely with Credit Department, Loan Operations, and Loan Officers, to determine
the creditworthiness and risk profile of an individual or business by analyzing financial data.
General Description:
Spread financial statements; prepare narrative summary and financial projections.
Prepare financial analyses, summaries, and opinions for loan officers on new, renewal and
existing loans.
Monitor customer information files to ensure current reports, statements, tax returns and other
information are present on a regular basis.
Gather/analyze financial data with business and personal financial statements and tax returns.
Assist relationship managers in underwriting new loan requests and renewals.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance.
Bank credit experience preferred or similar experience.
Knowledge of personal/business financial statements and tax returns.
Experience with Baker Hill, Sageworks, Credit Quest or similar financial statement analysis
software, as well as workflow and customer relationship management software is preferred.
