Full-Time Office and Project Assistant
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Track and assist with project administration requirements
and industry required reporting
• Read and prepare upfront bid document, as well as
coordinate bidding and job schedules
• Handle day-to-day clerical items such as typing
correspondences, answering phones, faxes and managing
office schedules electronically
• Provide support for the president, accounting and project

Required Skills:
• 3+ years’ experience in field or industry or degree in business
• Highly organized and motivated to expand role as we grow
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word
and Excel
• Must be able to multitask and deal with unexpected
challenges of a high-paced office
