Service Representative to join our team in
Washington, Missouri
The ideal candidate will have the following
experience and qualifications:
• A minimum of two years’ customer service or call center expertise
• Excellent spelling plus exceptional verbal and written
communication skills
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, the
internet and email
• Highly organized and detail oriented
Primary responsibilities of the position include:
• Being the primary point of contact between our customers and
manufacturing team
• Processing customer orders promptly and accurately
• Preparing all documents using clear, concise instructions to
minimize errors in all departments
• Prioritizing, organizing and balancing a continuously shifting workload
• Functioning as part of a team whose goal is to obtain, process, produce
and ship a perfect product with deadlines requested by our customers
