CREDIT ASSOCIATE The Bank of Washington is seeking a team-oriented Credit Associate. Meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy is vital to high performance. The Credit Associate will work closely with the Credit Department, Loan Operations, and Loan Officers, to provide reporting, provide meeting materials, prepare business analytics and complete some credit analysis. General Description: Coordinate and assemble materials for various committee agendas and draft resulting minutes. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for circulation to all Lenders and for Board meetings. Monitor lending workflow software system and update as appropriate. Spread financial statements in appropriate software and draft narrative summary. Assist with credit responsibilities to monitor customer information files to ensure current reports, statements, tax returns and other information are present on a regular basis. Assist loan officers in monitoring of the borrowers’ covenant compliance. Basic Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Office applications, Fiserv, Viewpoint (or other report writing software). College course level work in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance/Banking. Bank credit experience preferred or similar experience. Knowledge of personal/business financial statements and tax returns.
