PLZ Aeroscience is a growing aerosol packaging group with multiple locations. Last year, it was named to the St. Louis Business Journals Top 150 Privately Held Companies. PLZ manufactures custom aerosols for both the industrial and retail markets. Position Summary and Responsibilities The Label Operator position is responsible to make sure all labels are properly affixed to the aerosol cans during production; meeting quality & production standards. This position may work with a variety of label machines, including but not limited to: Burt, Trine & Can-matic. Essential Functions of the Position Essential functions of the Label Operator position are: the ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds while bending/twisting/reaching; set-up, maintain & adjust the label machines as required or necessary; be able to follow simple instructions either verbal or written; and ensure all production & quality standards are met. Minimum Qualifications The Label Operator has strong mechanical ability, initiative, desire to be active in their work and excellent attention to detail.
