Open Application day will be held at our Union Head Start Center. To complete an application, families will need their 2013 tax return, W-2, or proof of TANF, SSI , Foster Care Paperwork, a copy of their child's birth certificate, medical insurance card and their updated immunization record. Families who would like to complete an application, but can't attend open application day, may call 636-789-3563 to set up an appointment or to complete the pre-application over the phone.
JFCAC Head Start/Early Head Start program will be accepting applications starting in April and throughout the year. Head Start/Early Head Start is an early childhood program that serves families and children from birth to the age of 5, as well as pregnant mothers, who are income eligible, homeless, or recipients of TANF, SSI or are foster children.
