Psychological Associate’s proprietary workshop takes an experiential approach when helping participants develop real-world leadership skills for immediate impact. LTPS mixes discussion and role playing to show participants how behavioral styles can hinder or lead to success. The program focuses on the company’s exclusive Q4 Dimensional Model of Behavior – an easy-to-follow structure that categorizes behavior into logical groupings – which is known in the industry for inspiring high-performance behavior and attaining comprehensive results.
The workshop is self-customized and immediately applicable to each participant’s unique situation. With 12 years of experience in training and facilitation, Dr. Bagsby brings an integrated approach of behavioral sciences, change management, and process improvement principles to the workshop.
