‘Spookstalker’ to Speak at Washington Library

New Haven’s Assistant Chief of Police Dan Terry will be the guest speaker at the Friends of the Washington Public Library quarterly meeting on Monday, Oct. 15, at 7 p.m. He’ll be talking about his side work as a a veteran ghost hunter and the author of four books about ghosts.

The meeting and program are open to the public. They are held in the lowever level meeting room.

Mr. Terry, also known as Spookstalker, is the author of “Beyond the Shadows, Exploring the Ghosts of Franklin County,” “River Shadows, Ghosts and Legends of America’s River Towns,” “Hermann Shadows, Ghosts in the Heart of Wine Country” and “Missouri Shadows, Journeys Through the Lesser Known, the Famous and the Infamous Haunts of Missouri.”

He is also the author of “Nothing Ever Happens in New Haven, a True Account of Selected Events in the New Haven Police Department.”

Preceding Mr. Terry’s program will be a very brief business meeting conducted by the president of the Friends.
