Second Suspect Charged in Burglary

Authorities have arrested and charged a second suspect in the burglary of a Washington business.

Dillon Dixon, 20, Union, is charged with second-degree burglary and stealing, both felonies, in the Oct. 21 burglary of John G’s Bier Deck. A safe containing money along with bottles of wine and beer and several cigars were stolen in the burglary.

Dixon also is charged in separate counts with second-degree burglary and misdemeanor stealing in a break-in at Kiel’s Party Hole on East Fifth Street. Money was taken from the cash register in that burglary which was reported Oct. 28 to police.

Dixon’s bond was set at $10,000.

Charged earlier in the John G’s burglary was Tyler J. Stallmann, 19, Washington. He also is charged with second-degree burglary and felony stealing in the case.

Police said they are investigating several other burglaries and attempted burglaries in connection with the two suspects.
