The queen contestants received advice on skin care and glamour from local Mary Kay Cosmetics representatives; hair and nail care from stylists and technicians with Shear Design; poise; and massage from therapists with Backs, Bodies & More.
Cub Scout Cameron Seamon with Pack 452, Washington Presbyterian Church, gives his boat some wind Saturday, July 19, during the Rain Gutter Races the pack held at the church. This was the first time the pack held the event.
These girls sang and danced along during Vacation Bible School at the Zion United Church Christ, Union. The school began Sunday evening and featured song, games Bible lessons and other activities for the children.
The 2008 Warren County Fair took place Sunday, June 29, through Saturday, July 5. This year's fair included exhibitions, a parade, the queen contest, a motocross event, fireworks and more.
